Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Individual counseling for adults in Dallas, TX navigating relationships, boundaries, and self-discovery.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy gives you a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and grow. Whether you’re dealing with a painful relationship, trying to understand yourself better, or working through a difficult season of life, this is a place where you can be fully honest without judgment.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are available in-person in Dallas, TX and online via a secure telehealth platform.

Specialties

LGBTQ+ Affirming

Being LGBTQ+ means navigating a world that doesn’t always make space for you — and that takes a real toll. I provide a warm, affirming space where you can explore your identity, process your experiences, and simply exist without having to explain or justify who you are.

Depression

Depression can make everything feel flat, heavy, or pointless. If you’ve lost interest in things that used to matter, or you’re just going through the motions, therapy is a place to start finding your way back.

Relationships

Relationships — with partners, family, friends, or coworkers — can be one of the greatest sources of both pain and meaning in our lives. When they’re confusing, one-sided, or hurtful, it’s exhausting. I help clients understand their relationship patterns, communicate more clearly, and build connections that feel safe and reciprocal.

Anxiety

Worry, overthinking, and a persistent sense of dread can make it hard to trust yourself, make decisions, or simply rest. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety — what’s driving it, what it’s trying to protect — and develop practical tools to manage it.

Self-Worth

It’s hard to build the life you want if you don’t believe you deserve it. Many of my clients come in having internalized the message — somewhere along the way — that their needs don’t matter as much as everyone else’s. I work with people to reconnect with their own worth and start treating themselves with the same care they’d offer someone they love.

Boundaries

If saying ‘no’ feels impossible, if you constantly put others’ needs before your own, or if your relationships seem to drain rather than replenish you — you may be struggling with boundaries. We’ll explore where those patterns come from and develop new ways of showing up for yourself without guilt or fear.

My Approach

As a relational therapist, I believe the quality of our therapeutic relationship is itself part of the healing process. My approach is collaborative — I’m not here to give you a script for your life. I’m here to walk alongside you as you figure out what you actually want.

Therapeutic approaches I draw from include:

Relational Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy

Attachment-Based Approaches

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Feminist-Based Therapy

Somatic Therapy
