Hi, I'm Maisie

A therapist, a collaborator, and someone who genuinely believes in your ability to heal.

Often, the clients I work with are people who spend a lot of energy caring for others. They’re warm, giving, deeply feeling people who have spent years pouring themselves into relationships — and somewhere along the way, lost themselves in the process.

My work centers on helping people like you find their way back to themselves. Not through quick fixes or hollow affirmations, but through real, honest conversations that help you understand who you are and what you need.

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of connection. The relationship between a therapist and client — built on trust, curiosity, and honesty — can be one of the most healing experiences a person has. I take that seriously, and I take you seriously.

My Approach

I work relationally, which means I see our therapeutic relationship as central to the healing process. Sessions with me are collaborative, not prescriptive. I’m not here to give you a to-do list. I’m here to walk alongside you as you figure out what you actually want your life to look like.

Together, we’ll work to:

Beyond the Office

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me deep in a game — video games, board games, card games, sports, or table games. I’m a big believer that play is an underrated form of connection. There’s something pretty special about what comes out of people when they’re in the middle of a good game. I bring that same spirit of curiosity, lightness, and genuine engagement into the therapy room — because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
